Titles don’t tell the full story.

For more than twenty-five years I’ve worked where strategy meets execution. I was a founding team member of the BPO practice at PwC Consulting, later sold to IBM for $3.5B, and served as a Managing Director at Accenture until 2015.

Since then, my work has centered on early-stage and growth companies. As a General Partner at Beyond Capital Funds, we back faith-led founders building enduring companies. As SVP of Operations at ChurchillTerry, I lead operations and business development, helping owner-managed businesses with capital, finance and growth through every stage up to exit. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of Aezion, a Dallas-based product engineering, AI, data & analytics and cybersecurity firm, and on the board of the North Texas Angel Network.

The past decade has also been one of personal growth, health and recovery, shaping how I lead, invest and show up for others. The most important transformations in life, personal or professional, are rarely clean or predictable. My work sits at the intersection of people, performance and purpose, helping leaders through exactly those moments.
