As a man grounded in faith I am someone who understands that the most important transformations in life—personal or professional—are rarely clean or predictable. Over the past decade, I’ve experienced my own journey (a self-proclaimed Ragamuffin) of growth, health, and recovery, which has shaped how I lead, invest, and show up for others.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose.
